To get you up and running, we offer you free valuable software, as well as installation videos, webinars, blogs and software tutorials. Wacom also has a wide range of product accessories for your Intuos tablet.

Resolved Issues:

- All Devices: Fixed a problem that caused touch clicks to stop working in the Capture One application.

Known Issues:

- All Devices: If you’re running macOS 10.15, the Pen Calibration function does not work. The calibration window is displayed on the primary monitor and it can’t be dismissed. What you can do about it while we fix it: If this happens, you can recover by force quitting System Preferences using Command + Option + Escape.
- All Devices: Horizontal scrolling with Pan/Scroll... in Excel is scrolling the opposite of what is expected. What you can do about it while we fix it: If it bothers you, use the scrollbar, keyboard, or touch to scroll.
- All Devices: Straight line segments are present at the start of a stroke in some applications. What you can do about it while we fix it: We are working with the application developers to solve the problem. If you experience this problem, check for updates.
- All Pen Tablets: The two-finger tap touch gesture to reset the canvas to defaults in Sketchbook 8.5.1 does not work. What you can do about it while we fix it: Manually reset the canvas without using the touch gesture.
- All Devices: Multi-touch gestures are broken in ArtRage.
This package contains the files needed for installing the Tablet driver. If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.

To install this package please do the following:

- Make sure that all system requirements are met.
- Save the downloadable package on an accessible location (such as your desktop).
